Position: Admin Assistant

Location: Wailuku, HI

Pay: $22 to $25/hr (Depending on experience)

Experience: Previousexperience as a medical office assistant or comparable experience

Education: Associate degree or higher in business technology or healthcare administration (preferred)

Type: Full-time; Contract

Employers Options is seeking an Admin Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• File documents and run reports
• Enter and analyze data in spreadsheet software
• Troubleshoot computer problems and notify the supervisor of issues
• Assist with the training of new hires
• Provide support to new and existing users
• Assist with upgrades and implementations of new software
• Audit workflows to ensure consistency across the department and organization
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle
• Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate a positive attitude
• Effectively work on a team and independently
• Perform multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment
