Position: Return Agent

Location: Kahului, Hawaii

Experience: No experience necessary - will train!

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday

Pay: $17/hr PLUS continuous mentorship and progressive job placements

Employers Options is seeking Return Agents to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Educate users/clients/prospects about products and services
• Memorize key product features and benefits to share with customers
• Operate technology systems and enter data
• Greet customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle customer complaints with empathy, defusing tension and finding quick and effective solutions
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers and guests on a wide variety of requests and issues
• Recommend appropriate solutions to customer needs
• Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate department/employee
• Other duties as needed

Position Requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver's License
