Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (with the ability to work occasional OT and weekends)

Employers Options is seeking a Humanitarian Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Support professional staff in delivering various humanitarian services to the public
• Handle making housing arrangements
• Attend orientations, trainings, and meetings
• Assist with collecting and distributing food, water, clothing, and household essentials
• Check time sheets for accuracy and submit them to the employment agency to process payroll
• Maintain a high level of customer service ensuring that the host site and recipients' needs are met
• Obtain unsubsidized employment or increase pay and/or benefits
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Cooperative team player and a desire to help others
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs
