Description

• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation for games, slot machines, and related software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Produce user-friendly guides and manuals for both operators and developers, covering a range of topics from setup and troubleshooting to advanced programming and customization.
• Create detailed documentation for developers, including API references, SDK guides, and code samples, to facilitate smooth integration with our gaming platforms.
• Compile comprehensive release notes for software updates, ensuring that new features, improvements, and fixes are communicated effectively to both internal teams and end-users.
• Establish and maintain a centralized knowledge base to serve as a go-to resource for internal teams and external developers, promoting efficient information sharing and collaboration.
• Work closely with QA teams to validate documentation against product functionality, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Stay informed about industry trends, gaming technologies, and emerging best practices to enhance the quality and relevance of documentation.

Skills / Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field. (Preferred)
• Proven experience in technical writing, particularly within the gaming industry.
• Familiarity with game development processes, and gaming technologies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in documenting APIs, SDKs, and technical specifications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in using documentation.
• A genuine passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming culture.
