• Research, document, edit, and update procedures and support other technical writers
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to build credibility and ensure accurate and clear procedures that support positive cardmember experiences
• Learn the functions and impacts of the business area(s) you support
• Adhere to the bank’s Style Guidelines and compliance expectations; ensure consistent and high-quality procedures
• Identify and close procedure gaps and improve operations processes related to new systems, products, functions, and policies
• Manage or support the management of the department’s intake process
• Manage or support updates to the procedure repository
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 3 years of relevant experience in an Operations environment with an advanced understanding of technical writing and/or process documentation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to engage stakeholders and influence decisions
• Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Business, or related field preferred
• Call center and financial services experience preferred
