Location: 2727 N Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85004 United States of America As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support and work along the side with the Moving Help marketing team to help create content, videos, monitor and edit copy for all Moving Help social media platforms and multiple websites. Our Digital Marketing specialist will oversee, monitor, and create content for social media and be able to measure success on ads, posts, video and the creation of it. This person will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of the company’s social media properties. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also work alongside the marketing team to determine opportunities for improving our website, services, and advertising. Responsibilities: · Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity · Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns · Managing daily social media posts, create social media ads and Google ads · Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner, engage with users who are discussing moving and or need for movers on social media · Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events · Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance · Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts · Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results. · Create, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns · Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization · Create and edit blog post articles by doing keyword and market research to create helpful content for our customers · Work with copywriters and appropriate teams to ensure content is following the strategy proposed for the quarter · Create surveys to learn about our customers and create strategies to better serve them Websites: · Movinghelp.com · Uhaul.com · Movinghelper.com · All Moving Help Social Media Platforms Tools: · Social Media Platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter etc.) Preferred but not necessary: · Google Ads · Bing Ads · Glassbox · Braze (or experience creating and running email campaigns in a similar tool) · Google Analytics · Data Studio · Canva · WordPress · Meta Business Suite · Qualtrics · SurveyMonkey AMERCO and its family of companies, including U-Haul, have strived to create a culture of health and wellness.
