WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a mid-level experienced Marketing Specialist to join our marketing agency that specializes in providing services to the construction and commercial real estate industry. As a member of the Marketing team, in addition to the job duties listed below, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships via client meetings, occasional attendance at association events and overall marketing activities. Additionally, you would be mentoring the younger marketing staff on construction related topics.

DESIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other related major
• Experience working in AEC/CRE industry preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge in Social Media (leading client strategy, content creation, analytics, etc.)
• Google Suite (Google Analytics) certification
• Project management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members
