SALT Dental Collective is seeking a talented Social Media and Digital Communications Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and executing our social media and digital communications strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive audience growth.
• Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our community.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and track performance to achieve campaign objectives.
• Create and schedule email and newsletter campaigns to keep our audience informed and engaged.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize digital communications strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital communications.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing social media channels and executing social media campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and social media advertising.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong creativity and ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
• Experience in email marketing and familiarity with email marketing platforms.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
