**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated InsulatIon sales represenative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, customer service, and account management. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

**Duties:**

- Conduct outside sales activities to promote insulation products

- Identify and target potential markets for insulation services

- Utilize technology sales tools to enhance customer interactions

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

- Manage accounts and provide exceptional customer service

- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM for sales tracking and reporting

**Experience:**

- Prior experience in sales, particularly in the insulation or construction industry, is preferred

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively

- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship building

- Ability to manage accounts efficiently and effectively

Pay: $60,869.00 - $65,111.00 per year
