Our organization is growing, and we are adding a new position to our corporate team for a Regional Director of Business Development in the Central PA market!
An LPN/RN/Case Manager would be a great fit for this opportunity.
The ideal candidate(s) will have a strong background in sales and driving new opportunities for revenue within the long-term care industry. Prior experience and knowledge, working in a similar capacity, is a requirement for this position. MUST have previous experience in long-term care, senior living!
We are looking for candidates...
- that are able to travel frequently throughout PA
- have a proven track record of leading a successful sales team
- understand the importance of increasing census and driving revenue at the facility level
We are offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits plan for this opportunity. Must reside in PA and have at least 3 years of similar experience.
