Customer Service Representative Needed for Manufacturing Plant in West Valley City
Shift : Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3 : 30PM
Pay : $20 an Hour

Customer Service Representative Details :
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07 : 00am to 03 : 30pm)
- Receive, enter, schedule, and confirm all contractor orders
- Receives retail orders from corporate and schedules shipment
- Resolves customers’ delivery issues
- Verifies Open Orders reports to ensure timely invoicing and reporting of loads
- Daily process orders and deliveries utilizing several computer programs
- Works with plant for scheduling production.
- Invoicing and productions entries into accounting system
- Dispatches drivers
- Ensures they know route, customer requirements, and scheduled time
- Schedules contract drivers to pick-up additional loads as demand varies.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications :
- Good telephone, computer, and organizational skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Able to multi-task
- Good geographical knowledge of the Rocky Mountains US area (WA, OR, ID, UT, MT, WY, CO, ND, SD)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player -2-5 years of customer service or general office experience.
- Previous dispatch experience preferred.
