Ellerbe Fine Foods is seeking experienced servers looking to join an energetic, fast paced establishment located in the heart of Fort Worth’s bustling Near Southisde. The ideal candidates must be polished professionals with attention to detail, possess strong multi-tasking skills and a true passion about hospitality. They enjoy discussing wine and food with patrons and thrive in a team environment. Applicants would preferably have a working knowledge of European wine with an interest in broadening their awareness through regularly provided training and tastings. FT/PT available

Responsibilities:

Guiding patrons through our seasonal food and wine menus

Proper wine service

Assisting team with running/bussing tables as needed

Follow proper procedures and protocols set forth by Ellerbe

Base knowledge of wine and food terminology

Requirements:

TABC/TEXAS FOODHANDLERS CERTIFICATE

2 years experience in a fast paced restaurant or wine bar environment

Flexibility to cover open shifts when needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $3.00 - $8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
