Job Summary:
Directly supervises and coordinates activities of retail ice cream / frozen custard workers. Knows how to have fun with customers & employees. Realizes that customer service, quality & cleanliness are top priorities!
General Accountabilities:
Provides customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Directs and supervises inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
Monitors sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
Inventories stock and reorders when inventory drops to a specified level.
Instructs staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales.
Assigns employees to specific duties.
Enforces safety, health, and security rules.
Examines merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised.
Plans and prepares work schedules and keeps records of employees' work schedules and time cards.
Reviews inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments.
Confers with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.

Job Qualifications:
Retail Management Experience. Preferably restaurant or ice cream / frozen custard experience.
Bi-lingual a plus.
