The position will oversee payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately and in compliance with government regulations. You must have payroll experience.What you'll be doing:- accurately and timely process payroll for both hourly and salaried employees- prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions- ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll, wage and hour laws and best practices- provides records/reports/documentation as requested- provides guidance and support to managers and employees alike regarding payroll processes and issuesYou are:- experienced with payroll processing- able to adhere to strict confidentiality- able to work under pressure- able to communicate well with all levels of employees- a team player with excellent organizational and time management skills- a college graduate (preferred)
