- Interacting with customers in a courteous, professional and tactful manner to provide information, take service requests and provide billing information and process delivery requests
- Assist customers over the phone while simultaneously completing tasks that support the department
- Clarifies and resolves open billing questions by accessing bookkeeping system
- Complete welcome calls and AR calls by designated deadline
- Grow customer base by processing New Customer Order requests that are submitted online or over the phone and complete contracts for service
- Ability to gain knowledge of equipment trouble shooting procedures, product features, prices and benefits to efficiently identify customer needs
- Able to operate a multi-line phone
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Good Computer skills
- Knowledge of MS office tools: Excel, Word…
- Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and ability to work with multiple vendors.
- Display good communication skills and the ability to be firm, direct, and maintain good relationships.
