Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Fence Installation and Repair Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of fences, including wood, barbed wire, and chain-link. The candidate should be knowledgeable about proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and materials. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:

• Install various types of fences according to specifications, blueprints, and client preferences.
• Repair and replace damaged or worn components of existing fences, such as posts, panels, gates, and hardware.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure proper fit and alignment during installation or repair.
• Dig post holes, set posts in concrete, and secure fence panels using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Verify property lines and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently, including but not limited to saws, drills, and post hole diggers.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, provide estimates, and address any concerns or questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and materials.
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fence installation and repair, with knowledge of various fencing materials and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring, cutting, and aligning materials.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as digging, lifting heavy materials, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
