Ronpak has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative at our Shreveport, LA plant. This is a full-time position 8 AM-5 PM M-F.
The Customer Service Representative reports to the Customer Service Manager and assumes a strategic role in the support and daily operation of the Customer Service function. Responsible for performing an active role within the team as well as assisting and supporting the business unit. This includes working with the Sales group in evaluating customer needs and ensuring that all needs are met according to customer standards. The Customer Service Representative will meet and surpass customer needs while making sound financial decisions for the overall benefit of the Company.
