We are looking for a DYNAMIC energetic Customer Representative that can process and pay medical/dental/vision claims for clients. The customer service department handles provider (doctors/hospitals) and insured phone calls for clients.

CSR’s are on the phone all day long. You do get breaks, of course, but that is the job being on the phone. What we are looking for in a CSR is someone that wants to help people, patience, being efficient and a multi-tasker. Attendance and being on time for work is also particularly important.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for answering phone
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Logging detailed information into customer profiles
• Maintaining high level of customer service at all times
• Medical billing experience is always helpful but is not required.
