We are looking for a DYNAMIC energetic Customer Representative that can process and pay medical/dental/vision claims for clients. The customer service department handles provider (doctors/hospitals) and insured phone calls for clients.
CSR’s are on the phone all day long. You do get breaks, of course, but that is the job being on the phone. What we are looking for in a CSR is someone that wants to help people, patience, being efficient and a multi-tasker. Attendance and being on time for work is also particularly important.
