Chef Manager Ref: 2022-41519 Job Information Division: Elior Regional B&I Advert Closing Date: 25/02/2022 Contractual Hours :Full-time Salary:25,000 Per annum Contract Type:Permanent Location:Cheadle, ST10 2JU Working Environment As the Chef Manager, it's your responsibility for overseeing an organisation's daily operations and managing the business aspects of the company. Their primary duties include reviewing and implementing operational procedures, assisting departmental heads and managing company finances.
Job Description Your key responsibilities as the Chef Manager will consist of:
- Lead Heads of Departments to ensure proactive management of teams on site
- Accountable for recruiting, inducting, training and supporting staff to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customers and clients
- Controlling and managing a budget
- Accountable for maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget
- Engage with clients, customers and residents
- Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues
**Working Pattern**: Monday to Friday
Skills and Experience The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Chef Manager include:
- Proven experience of successfully managing a team
- Proactive with a can do' attitude
- Contract Catering experience desirable
