Our financial services client is looking for a Java Software Engineer to join their team.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Pay Rate: $60.00 - $80.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Requirements of the Java Software Engineer:

• At least 7 years of experience in Java application development using Spring
• At least 7 years of experience in database design and development using Oracle / PostgreSQL
• At least 5 years of UI development using Angular, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML 5
• Deep understanding of API design, including versioning, API documentation (Swagger)
• Solid understanding in Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Core, Angular, Tableau and SQL (Oracle and PostgreSQL)
• Solid understanding of E2E ALM tools like JIRA, gitStash, FishEye, Crucible, Maven, Jenkins, uDeploy
• Strong knowledge of developing highly scalable distributed systems using Open-Source technologies
• Working knowledge of public/private cloud capabilities including compute, storage and scaling
• Knowledge of web application development using JSP, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Angular
