Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about sales.
Duties:
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular contact
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Previous experience in outside sales or account management is preferred
