All about the role:
Join our team as aProduct Planning and Innovation Senior Manager, where your passion forinnovation will drive the success of our product portfolio. In this dynamicrole, you will take the lead in developing and executing comprehensive productplans that align with our company's vision and meet market demands.
Yourresponsibilities will include spearheading innovation initiatives, stayingabreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies. Bringfresh and creative ideas to enhance our product offerings, ensuring we maintaina competitive edge in the market.
Collaboration iskey in this role, as you will work seamlessly with cross-functional teams,including R&D, Marketing, and Sales. Your ability to foster collaborationwill be instrumental in achieving overall business goals.
As the ProductPlanning and Innovation Senior Manager, you will oversee the entire productlifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and beyond. Implement effectivestrategies to maximize product success and profitability.
What you'll do:

• Own Food Preservation consumer experience road map.
• Set consumer insight research priorities for Food Preservation and ensure that learnings are incorporated into global technologies and product road maps.
• Cultivate and drive Consumer Experience-led innovation pipeline through to implementation.
• Influence global technology priorities advocating for the needs of the North American consumer.
• Integrate global technologies into North American consumer experience and product road maps.
• Drive product claim strategy for product features, innovations, and technology modules.
• Develop and align cross product groups on overlapping feature strategies.
• Subject matter expert on competitors' innovation offerings and strategies.
• Drive meaningful digital experience user stories and develop Food Preservation's connected strategy.

Qualificationsrequired:

• A four-year college degree, or equivalent experience, is required. MBA Preferred.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in Product Management/Marketing, Merchandising, Innovation Management, Brand Management.
• Relevant experience in durable consumer goods.
• Strong Project Management and communication skills.
