Administrative Assistant

Electrical Contracting Company is a growing leader in the industry. We are looking for a qualified candidate to be part of our team and fill the role as a Administrative Assistant . This applicant will need to interact with the GC's in giving and obtaining information on ongoing projects. You will need to use the Procore system to follow up on Change Orders, RFI's, and drawings, etc. You will follow up on vendor quotes, change order approvals, issuing Purchase Orders, printing drawings and follow up with GC's on various issues. We are looking for someone to be part of a Team who can work well under pressure and has good communication skills. Experience in the construction industry a plus. Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an administrative assistant in construction industry a plus.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support such as filing, typing, scanning, etc., as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
