YOUR IMPACT EVERY DAY
- You'll manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, focusing on achieving sales and profit goals.
- Dive deep into data analysis, crafting plans to boost sales, and profits, and enhance service and efficiency.
- Hiring top-notch talent and ensuring staffing levels for open, middle, and closing shifts.
- Training and coaching team members on operations, policies, and outstanding guest service.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and vibrant environment for both our team and guests.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); Food Safety Certification preferred.
- Over 2 years of restaurant management experience, particularly in late-night service.
- Strong mathematical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and general systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work one open, three middle, and one closing shift per week.
- A high-energy, fast-paced work style that matches our late-night vibe.
