Edgewater is seeking qualified candidates for Customer Service Representative opportunities at the Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC.
The Customer Service Representatives are responsible for issuing, reviewing, and processing applications for vehicle registration, to include ensuring applications and supporting documents are complete, valid, and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and rules.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Review, process, and issue temporary passes for all commercial vehicles to the installation in accordance with established laws, regulations, and rules
• Report any expired, fraudulent, or suspicious documents to the on-site government representative
• Enter, verify, and update data for the registration of vehicles in two separate databases
• Ensure personnel who have access to these databases do not share information with personnel who do not have authorization or need to know
• Track all data entry in provided log; turn log in to appropriate personnel and/or location at the end of each work day
• Perform general office tasks including filing, collating, recording information, and operating office equipment (copier, fax, scanner, telephone, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service and conflict resolution
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Must pass the National Agency Check with Inquirers (NACI) for computer access
• Must be self-motivated, reliable, and hard-working, but also willing to take direction from management.
