**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring excellent customer service. Hours will be flexible to fit candidate and shop. Pay will be determined based on experience. This is a auto repair shop so some knowledge of vehicles and/or parts would be helpful but no required.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Provide support to staff as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
**Skills:**
- Proficient in computerized systems for appointment scheduling and record keeping
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Excellent customer support abilities
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and office management
- Ability to multitask effectively as a personal assistant
