The Guest Service Representative is responsible for exceptional guest sales and service at the front desk. In the evening, executes all tasks and systems to support the efficient delivery of guest satisfaction throughout the day. This includes sales and reservations via phone and in person; guest check in and out; laundry duties; guidance for guests and the commitment to consistently wowing our guests with the quality of your service and our award winning hotels.
Schedules includes availability for weekends, holidays and occasional overnight shifts. Night shift duties includes billing, inventories, laundry, movement of goods throughout the building, audits, and any task necessary for the efficient operations of the hotel.
Position would mainly cover one or more shifts of 4pm-12am, as well as the backup night audit 12am-8am at least a couple night per week, depending on hotel schedule needs for given week.
