WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service / Technical Support Representative at Concentrix, you will :

• Interact with customers via inbound calls who have questions or concerns that require additional support.
• Achieve specific support and resolution on every call.
• Use script and / or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service for particular situations.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and / or services.

• A High School Diploma and / or GED
• Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills.
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• The ability to work rotational shifts as needed
