Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects. The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure on-time completion
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, resolve issues, and provide guidance to construction teams
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost control
- Utilize construction management software (e.g., Viewpoint, Heavy jobs etc) to track project milestones and communicate updates
- Read blueprints and schematics to interpret construction plans accurately
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment

Skills:
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and management
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Experience working with construction management software
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately

- Work close with the HR and Payroll department for weekly payroll accuracy and staff

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during construction projects
- Solid understanding of project management principles
