A Typical Day Might Look Like This:

The District Manager, Field Access and Reimbursement (DM) will be responsible for assisting in hiring, managing and leading the reimbursement provider and payer support field team in a specified geographic district at Regeneron. The DM will assist in the recruitment process, lead, coach and manage a contracted Field Access Specialist team responsible for calling on office personnel, who are responsible for ensuring optimal access, effective pull-through, reimbursement services and program support in collaboration with the HUB services organization as it relates to the Regeneron product portfolio. The DM will be responsible for the execution of Dupixent reimbursement initiatives in the various therapeutic markets where Dupixent is indicated. Work with internal and external partners to ensure optimal coverage within the defined customer base.

Work with the Sales and Access leadership teams within REGN and Sanofi/Genzyme counterparts to lead Regional and local strategy for payer and provider access

Develop and execute local tactical plans for execution of all Dupixent access initiatives and relevant to defined needs in each respective customer market.

Actively engage with all field payer and access activities supporting Dupixent.

Lead and coach to identified measurable performance parameters and monitor performance against these agreed parameters

Proactively collaborate and communicate with Sanofi/Genzyme partners in order to achieve brand goals and performance metrics.

This Position Might be for You if:

• Bachelors Degree and minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience managing a field based sales team preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS policies and processes with expertise in Part D (Pharmacy Benefit design and coverage policy)
• Knowledge of Managed Care, Government, and Federal payer sectors
• Knowledge of Integrated Delivery Network/Integrated Health Systems
• Previous 2-3 years of sales management or 5 or more years of successful sales experience is preferred
• Additional broad-based experience valued: sales operations, sales training, marketing, and/or supply chain
• Previous experience in launching new Specialty Pharmaceutical / Biologics products or indications
• Ability to travel extensively over large geographic territories
