Monster Energy is Hiring a Field Marketing Manager- North Florida Near Orlando, FL

The Field Marketing Manager's purpose is to ensure the successful planning & execution of marketing programs in their respective region to drive sales growth and market share improvement. The FMM is responsible for building and executing a regional marketing plan that supports the growth targets the company establishes.

The FMM is the sole owner of the Marketing Plan for his/her geography. The Consumer Engagement Teams in his/her geography will support the development and execution of this one plan. The FMM works very closely with the Bottling partners, Business Unit, Shopper Marketing, Partnership Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, Music Marketing, Events, POS Team, Apparel & Licensing and other functions at HQ to ensure the teams collaboratively work together and align on goals and brand standards. He/she is responsible for leveraging all national marketing programs and for generating a plan that is relevant to the region. Examples include, new product launches, national trimester promotions, and sponsorships including, but not limited to, Supercross, Outdoor MX, NASCAR, UFC, Pro Bull Riding, X Games, BIG3 and numerous concert sponsorships and prestige properties. He/she works with other marketing functions, Bottling partners and Business Units to develop, oversee and effectively communicate the marketing plan for the respective region.
The FMM reports into the Sr. Director of Field Marketing & Consumer Engagement, Northeast & New England.

Essential Job Functions:
• Lead the communication of marketing initiatives to the Business Unit sales team and Bottling partners.
• Be the face of Brand Marketing on a local level.
• Ensure BUSVP, VPGM’s, Directors, Commercialization Teams, and Consumer Engagement Teams follow brand strategy on designed programs.
• Develop, communicate, and ensure the execution of the promotional plan for the respective region, including national and regional strategies for events, NPD, and efforts to help drive all profit, volume, and market share objectives.
• Leverage all national marketing programs that are relevant in the region to their fullest extent. Examples include, new product launches, national trimester promotions, regional promotions including, but not limited to, Supercross, Outdoor MX, NASCAR, MMA, Pro Bull Riding, ESPN X-Games, and tour and event sponsorships.
• Evaluate and manage all local sponsorship agreements including Consumer Engagement.
• Help support and enhance activation on site with a strong focus on consumer engagement.
• Plan, communicate and execute all event plans and hospitality.
• Work with Commercial Teams to develop and implement sales incentive programs, training materials, regional activation, and support for market blitzes and other sales/trade events within respective region.
• Maintain strong relationships with all Marketing functions outside of Marketing Operations; Digital, Music, Sports, IP, Apparel & Licensing, Comms, and Brand Marketing departments, as well as and other functions at HQ to ensure the development of required sales tools and programs.
• Track and manage a budget, along with working to obtain co-op commitment (“Local Marketing Fund”) to support the regional marketing plan.
• Actively participate in conference calls and face to face meetings with the local Consumer Engagement Teams.
• Maintain a monthly meeting schedule with Shopper Marketing and Partnership Marketing, facilitating communication & sharing of best practices.
• Audit POS order activity to ensure execution accountability.
• Perform any and all additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years Marketing and Sales experience in beverage/packaged good industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan.
• Must have a strong sense of urgency.
• Must be detail oriented with strong time and project management skills.
• Must be a collaborative team player.
• Must be decisive and enforce brand standards.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other related fields.
• Must possess excellent Microsoft Office Skills; PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
• Must have proficient knowledge of all Social Media platforms.

Salary Range USD 81,100.00 to USD 95,400.00
