The Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM) will work out of the Orlando Onsite Women's Health (OWH) office for training and then work out of their home for day-to-day work and travel around their territory for meetings. The RBDM's territory will include several states, so airplane and travel will be required. Ideal candidate will live in Orlando, Florida; close to the local office to participate in company meetings from time to time.

The Opportunity / Job Description
The OWH program is unparalleled, making breast cancer screening more convenient for women and providing an additional source of revenue for practices all in a low-risk, high reward model, making it a win-win for practices. The available addressable market is significant, and OSM is looking for a Business Development Manager to help our current team cover more ground and dive deeper into new territories.
As a RBDM, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new revenue opportunities within Onsite Women's Health's core markets through cold calls, networking, and referrals. As part of your role, you will establish and build relationships with Practice Administrators and physicians of healthcare practices that meet target criteria. OSH's target market is currently OBGYN and PCP, but there will be growth opportunities in other markets in the upcoming years.
At OWH, we believe in equipping our team with everything they need to be a successful Regional Business Development Manager. As a RBDM, you will receive 4-6 weeks of training from the Business Development Director and mentorship throughout your time at OWH.
