This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service both over the phone and to any walk in traffic. This position will also provide support for the data entry and
administrative needs of multiple departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties may include but are not limited to the following:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with answering questions and directing phone
calls as necessary
Provide excellent customer service to walk in traffic
Provide data entry and administrative support to multiple departments
Process payments and post to customer AR accounts as needed
Process returned mail and contact customers to get updated addresses
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist other departments with various tasks as time allows
Other duties as assigned
Qualification and/or Licensing Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential
duty satisfactorily
Valid Oregon Driver’s License
Position is contingent on individual passing a pre-employment drug screen
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
High School diploma and at least two years’ experience providing excellent customer
service.
Other Skills:
Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing and email.
