ECOMOD Ventures is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Albuquerque, NM

We are excited to announce an opportunity at ECOMOD Ventures for a Sales Manager, focused on building and leading a high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in real estate, residential remodeling, solar, or automotive sales industries.

Position Overview:
As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies to meet or exceed our sales targets. Your role will involve nurturing a team of Sales Representatives, guiding them to effectively communicate the value of our offerings, close deals, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, train, and manage a team of Sales Representatives, setting performance standards to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies that encompass real estate and residential remodeling sectors, among others.
  • Foster high-level relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the delivery of presentations and negotiations, ensuring your team effectively closes deals.
  • Maintain oversight of sales activities and client interactions, ensuring data accuracy in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with Marketing to leverage market trends and drive sales initiatives.
  • Liaise with Product Development to inform on market needs and help shape future offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing sales teams, preferably in real estate, remodeling, solar, or automotive industries.
  • Exceptional skills in sales closing, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of inspiring and leading a team.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales targets in a structured environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
