Eco-Bat Technologies LTD is Hiring a Commercial Accounts Analyst Near Dallas, TX

I. Position Description

Join the Ecobat team as a Commercial Accounts Analyst, reporting directly to the Commercial Accounts Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure smooth account execution, maximize company value, and uphold top-tier customer satisfaction. II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Customer Agreements

  • Act as the primary contact for customer accounts for all scrap receipt and product deliveries
  • Order entry, scheduling, and execution of contracts, adapting to changes as needed
  • Proactively manage customer needs, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Optimize customer relationships through effective product shipment management
  • Adapt strategies seamlessly in a dynamic production and market environment


Account Management

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customer contacts, ensuring high quality interactions.
  • Ensure timely completion of monthly order entries, maintaining efficiency in operations
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for key external customer accounts
  • Proactively address customer and plant issues for optimal satisfaction and efficiency
  • Facilitate the collection, analysis, and distribution of account level market intelligence
  • Identify and highlight potential sales opportunities to the Sales Manager


Production Planning and Business Support

  • Production optimization of individual smelters, ensuring efficiency
  • Manage production to fulfill customer orders; aligning with demand
  • Recommend ideas for improvement: Product mix, specifications, and distribution options
  • Anticipate monthly planning needs and provide recommendations


III. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required with a preference in business, finance, supply chain, or a related field.
  • High competence with MS Excel i.e., Pivot Tables, Formulas, and Charts
  • 2 years of experience in Commercial, Customer Service, or Supply Chain roles.
  • Strong detail orientation. Able to synthesize data quickly, relay status and identify gaps.
  • First hand experience transacting with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate externally and across functional and departmental lines
  • Proven ability to manage problems and make independent decisions, given high-level direction
  • Able to maintain composure in challenging situations. Navigates ambiguity with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes


IV. Post Hire Training Requirements

  • Environmental training applicable to the job
  • Safety training for applicable equipment
  • Job instructional training
  • Quality system familiarization
  • OHSAS 18001 familiarization, hazards and risks

V. Physical Requirements & Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
