Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrator to oversee the operations of our facility. The Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest level of care for individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, operations management, and budgeting.

Duties:
- Develop and implement care plans for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure quality care is provided
- Manage the financial aspects of the facility, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as families, social workers, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations
- Implement strategies to enhance the quality of care provided to residents
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in memory care

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree (and/or) Licensed/Certified in a related field
- Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong operational management skills, including budgeting and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively supervise and manage a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
