Role Overview:

As an HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives throughout the organization. This position requires a proactive approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Drive multiple projects and processes simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
• Provide expertise in talent management, change management, and organizational design.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Utilize proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS/Workday to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10 years of HR experience, preferably in a global, fast-paced (tech) organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver projects independently.
• Familiarity with LEAN, Manufacturing, or Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on leadership development.
