JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Responsible for efficiently managing sales and purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, coordinating transportation needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handles logistics tasks such as container management, booking requests, and maintaining compliance with regulatory laws.
• Collaborate with other departments and uphold company policies and values.
• Maintains 99% accuracy on all customer accounts

• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to convey clear, well-articulated information.
• Ability to understand, speak, and write grammatically correct English in order to convey messages and correspond articulately and professionally.

• Able to calculate figures and amounts and apply basic math functions
• Intuitively able to reason, analyze information and events, and apply judgment in order to solve problems of both a routine and complex nature.

Physical and Sensory Abilities

• Required to travel locally and outside the local area. 
• Frequently required to sit for extended periods to perform deskwork or type on a keyboard.
• Regularly required to hear and speak to communicate orally effectively.
• Required to stand, walk, and climb stairs to move about the facilities.
• Handle materials, reach overhead, kneel or stoop in order to conduct business.

Driving Requirements

• Use of one’s personal vehicle (or company vehicles) may be required for travel in the performance of the essential functions of this position. Proof of a valid California driver’s license, an acceptable DMV record, and liability insurance is required. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required as well as Asana
