Key Responsibilities:

• Operate hand tools and production equipment to assemble products according to specific instructions, drawings, or diagrams.
• Ensure the correct operation of machinery, including feeding materials for processing, adjusting machine settings, conducting minor repairs, and retrieving finished products.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines and company procedures to maintain product integrity and quality.
• Adhere to all safety and quality requirements, providing honest and complete disclosure of all activities that could impact product quality or safety.
• Communicate effectively with team members across different levels of the organization, ensuring clear and non-complex exchange of information.
• Perform tasks under immediate supervision, following standardized methods for semi-routine tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Moderate understanding of general job aspects with some knowledge of the detailed aspects of the job.
• Ability to follow established procedures on routine work and receive instructions on new assignments.
