Eastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with the world leader in servo actuator manufacturing. Hitec Commercial Solution's (HCS) in-house engineering and factory-owned operations allow us to provide premium servo actuators for a myriad of industries in its search for a Sales Representative in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Engagement:
• Proactively engage with new and existing customers to drive sales of RC hobby products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hobby shops, distributors, and end-users.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on RC products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the RC hobby industry, including trends, new products, and technological advancements.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and product launches to stay informed and build industry connections.
• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Customer Service and Support:
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and post-sales support.
• Reporting and Administration:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management on market trends and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• 2 years of sales experience
• Sales management experience is a plus
• Knowledge of the RC hobby industry
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
