EMS, a distributor of custom and standard aluminum extrusions and sheet products that services primarily the southeast, has an opening for an experienced, reliable receptionist who is accustomed to large phone volume and a high quantity of additional administrative responsibilities

Hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We are located near the intersection of I-85 and I-77.

Responsibilities:

Answering the phone for a multi-line phone system

Minimum Filing

Mailing invoices and payments

Catalog Assembly and mailing

Other Misc. administrative and marketing duties

Qualifications / Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years receptionist experience preferred

Great phone manners

Organized

10 key skills

Team player

Computer experience in Word and Excel

Excellent attendance history
