Navitas is ready to invest in you! We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist in Ann Arbor, Michigan that will be responsible for the coordination and administration of key business processes including payroll, recruiting, talent development, employee concerns, and maintenance of training records.
Estimated salary range: $58,000 - $63,000
Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training.

ITAR REQUIREMENTS: To conform to U.S. Government International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) the individual must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
