Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to oversee the Chief Operating Officer's schedule and help with ongoing projects at Earth Harbor Naturals. Because we are still a young company with an entrepreneurial spirit, our ideal candidate will be someone who is not afraid to figure things out on their own, take initiative in solving problems, and proactively assist in large projects even when the Chief Operating Officer is occupied with other tasks.
This role requires you to communicate effectively with stakeholders, respond to and craft emails, fill out various forms (e.g., tax documents), assist in tradeshow preparations (e.g., figuring out booth set up), work with inventory, and play a key role in the completion of various business management tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress
- Lead/manage projects when so directed, communicating with other employees and contacts on behalf of the Chief Operating Officer
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, organizing, and sharing documents
- Demonstrate computer literacy by utilizing various software programs for data entry and document preparation
Skills:
- Strong calendar management skills to effectively schedule appointments and meetings
- Ability to find alternative solutions to any give problem
- Project coordination abilities to track deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills to manage priorities effectively
- Willingness to learn on the job, ask questions, and take initiative. There are projects which may be assigned to you in this position that will require you to do substantial research and problem solving independently, to be reported back to the Chief Operating Officer.
