Summary

The Eagle Eye Networks Product Management Team manages the definition, design, and launch of cutting edge, cloud based video surveillance offerings. Our Product Team is responsible for the end-to-end success of new products and features to delight our customers while improving the safety and security of their businesses.
We are significantly investing in product and engineering roles to meet the rapidly growing demand for our products.
You will work closely with Software and Hardware Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Dev Ops to develop the next generation of Eagle Eye’s products. You will also be the expert on our solutions, gather customer feedback and understand customer needs and use cases, and develop a product roadmap that accelerates our growth and impact for our customers.
Eagle Eye Networks manufactures a variety of hardware and edge based AI applications as part of our overall solution offerings. Our hardware includes smart video surveillance appliances, network switches, IP cameras and other associated devices. The ideal candidate will have product management experience in computer and/or network hardware, embedded application development, and knowledge of hardware products and solutions in the video security industry. 

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a product roadmap, managing prioritization and capacity planning.
  • Define and document requirements for firmware applications.
  • Manage firmware and application releases and new product launches.
  • Handle internal and external global communications with regards to features, schedules, product capabilities, announcements, and releases.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends and evaluate new market opportunities.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to gain deep insights into customer pain points, needs, and behaviors. Become a subject matter expert for Eagle Eye networks products and solutions. 
  • Work with product marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, training materials, documentation, sales tools, and collateral.
  • Provide technical demonstrations with Sales and deliver product demos to external and internal customers.
  • Work closely with the development team using Agile methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features. Conduct sprint planning, review and prioritize user stories, and provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Define and track key product metrics and KPIs related to the customer experience. Analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance the product's performance and usability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as executives, sales teams, and customer support, to gather feedback, communicate product updates, and ensure alignment across teams. Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders.

Experience

Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, engineering) or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of product management experience or related experience with customer engagement and product development. 
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple technical products and engineering teams.
  • Technical knowledge of embedded application development, networking principles, and computer hardware product development.
  • Understanding of best practices for product development and product lifecycle management principles.
Nice to Have:
  • Video surveillance industry experience.
  • Industry or market knowledge in IP video camera solutions.
  • Experience working with image or video processing and/or audio devices.
  • Experience in hardware design, development, and validation.
  • Technical knowledge of video processing, video analytics, or AI processing
