A leading Am Law 200 firm has an opening for an associate in their New York office.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of experience in executive compensation and benefits. This individual will be well-versed in designing and implementing executive compensation plans, navigating labor and employment issues, crafting employment agreements, and handling the executive compensation elements of mergers and acquisitions.
While prior experience at a large law firm is preferred, it's not mandatory. Admission to the New York Bar is a requirement for all applicants.
