The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in executive compensation and benefits.
This individual will be well-versed in designing and implementing executive compensation plans, navigating labor and employment issues, crafting employment agreements, and handling the executive compensation elements of mergers and acquisitions.
Admission to the New York Bar is a requirement for all applicants.
