DXJ Medium Inc is Hiring a Social Media Manager Near Chicago, IL
DXJ Medium Inc is opening an office in Chicago, IL . We are the TOP 5 sales E-commerce company of TIKTOK/FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM crystals category, we have a lot live stream channels in those platforms and do TV shopping show way of live stream to sell crystals and rocks . We are looking for LIVE streamers and content creators for socail media! if you have passion and interest to be famous in social media just join us !
This position is perfect for those who like to blaze new trails and are passionate about selling products like a TV shopping host but in social media platform.
This person will work, live on a stream, for about 5-8 hours, five days a week. Pay is hourly and on a 1099.
Your duties:
- To promote crystal products in a friendly and professional fashion, stream live up to 5-8 hours per shift.
- To interact with the audience and create a cheerful and exciting atmosphere for the Livestream.
- To provide the audience with general guidance with questions and inquiries.
- To reach the sales targets set by the company each month.
Basic qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 year of proven sales experience-must be quick on your feet!
- Basic knowledge of crystals and gemstones OR willingness to learn!
- Know metaphysical or spiritual properties of crystals and gemstones-This is something we can teach for the purposes of the sale of crystals.
- Responsible and reliable-We expect you to be here when you're on the livestream!
- Possess solid communication and sales skills: You are great at communicating with customers. Based on an instant and accurate understanding of customers' needs, you do well at recommending suitable products and facilitating their purchases.
- You are talkative and comfortable with being on camera: You are an expressive, humorous, and confident individual. You are considerate of the needs and communicate with the customer with initiative.
- You are dedicated and hardworking: It is not an easy task to host sales live with a good revenue result. It takes a lot of studying, reviewing, and practicing to polish your performance up to an acceptable level. We will offer you the necessary coaching, but your initiative to learn and adapt is a great part of the process.
- You have a basic grasp of social media.
- To interact with the audience and create a cheerful and exciting atmosphere for the Livestream.
- Provide the audience with general guidance with questions and inquiries.
- Reach the sales targets set by the company each month.
Bonus qualifications:
- You have knowledge or healing energy of crystals and rocks .
- Have participated or hosted a live stream event on TikTok or other social media and successfully sold product(s).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
