**Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee multiple locations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency across multiple locations

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of supervisors and staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to drive business growth and profitability

- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with company standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution

- Use supply chain expertise to support customers, partners, and sales team to find solutions

to supply chain challenges

- Ensure all locations adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus

- Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar managerial role in a multi-site environment

- Minimum 5 years leadership level experience

- 7-10 years of manufacturing, transportation, or logistics experience required

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Sound knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

- Ability to travel between locations as needed (35-40% Travel)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
