DS Contracting, LLC is a leading construction company that values exceptional customer service. We are currently looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely and accurate information.
You will also coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of customer issues. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-oriented, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and policies
- Assist customers in placing orders and processing payments
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on inquiries and providing appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with various departments to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Ability to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
