Our organization is seeking a House Manager for residential treatment center. Duties will include:

*Engage all residents in conversations and activities that are stimulating and supportive of their recover.

*Assign household chores to residents

*Deny access to any unauthorized persons

*Follow protocol for reporting any infractions

*Conduct random room checks

*Conduct client orientations and seminars when applicable

*Monitor clients rooms from cleanliness

*Transport clients in company van to appointments and therapy/group meetings.

*Assist in preparing meals for the clients

*Ensure the clients have all the necessary items they need

*Administer or supervise medication administration as prescribed

*Ensure the residents are properly respecting and maintaining all common areas

*Monitor that residents are following all house rules

*Prepare bedroom for all new residents entering the program

*Facilitate house meetings

*Welcome and introduce all new clients to existing clients

*Communicate in culturally sensitive manner as our client population is diverse

*Perform other duties assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
